What is your return policy?
As headbands are “one size fits all." Returns are only accepted if your item is damaged upon arrival, or if you have received the wrong item. If there is a problem with your order, please send a message with your name and order number and we will do our best to make it right.
What are your delivery options?
All packages are sent first class mail with USPS with an option to pay extra and upgrade to priority shipping at checkout.
Do you provide international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your product and your zip code. All items purchased within the U.S. and its territories have free shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will track your order(s) by going to your account, clicking on orders, and clicking the tracking information (this will only show up once your order has been shipped).
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
There are certain times when USPS experiences delays in estimated arrival times. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over it. It is recommended you set up an account with USPS so you can get up-to-date tracking information on your shipments. If your package is lost or delayed, you can file an inquiry with USPS which will assist in resolving any issues.
What are your headband sizes?
All headbands are “one size fits all”, but come in a variety of widths. Each size has roughly a 19.5” circumference, with the exception of the youth size which has a 16.5” circumference.
There are three headband widths for adults:
-2 inch narrow
-3 inch standard
-4 inch width
Youth size is a 2 inch width.
The difference in each of the sizes refers to the width across your head.
How do I wash my Jordan’s Gems products?
It is recommended to hand wash or wash on the delicate cycle all headbands and masks. Then you should lay them flat to dry or dry on low heat. Drying them on high heat will potentially cause the headbands to shrink. If a headband does shrink, simply wet it and stretch it on an item the size you’d like it to be, leave it to dry there and the fabric will loosen up.
Do you take custom design requests?
It depends on the current seasonal demand and the size and scope of your custom request. We are currently not able to take any custom requests, but check back at a later date as this may change.
What fabrics are the headbands made out of?
Headbands come in a variety of fabrics. Here is a list of the commonly used fabrics:
Double Brushed Poly Spandex - This buttery soft fabric that is most commonly used and preferred by customers. It has a loose fit, but a slight grip that makes it stay on all day without causing a headache from pressure.
Cotton Spandex Jersey - This is another commonly used fabric with a heavier weight and texture. It has a slightly tighter fit than other fabrics, which many love for working out as it stays in place even with lots of movement and activity.
Rayon Spandex - This is a lightweight fabric with lots of stretch. It is perfect for everyday wear and working out.
French Terry - This is a slightly thicker fabric that is soft and stable. It has a moderate stretch and has the feel of a very lightweight sweatshirt.
Baby French Terry - This is the softest of the fabrics used, with a generous stretch and a “barely there” feel.
Jersey Knit - This is most similar to a t-shirt, with moderate stretch and great grip.
Waffle Knit - This is a softer light weight knit that has moderate texture providing comfort and a little extra style.
Performance Knit - This is a heavier weight fabric, similar to swim or athletic wear. This is designed for working out but can also be worn for style alone.
